The house is Amazing, there is everything you need to feeling home! More than what you can expected. Is very clean, comfortable and peaceful and very close to shops, restaurants, cafe and train station. We’ll definitely book again next time we have to come on Melbourne.

Spacious clean and quiet and kitchen well appointed. Close to lovely Yarraville shops and train station. Beds were comfortable enough.Fridge makes a loud humming noise which was a bit annoying, as also on a windy night the front door banged a bit in the draft. The keys were quite a walk away from the property and only one set of keys. Make sure you have umbrellas if you arrive or depart in the rain. TV not very good quality. I sent an email with questions about checking out and got no reply which made us wonder how we would be if we had a serious issue.But overall good value.

fantastic stay Yarraville

Great coffee shops, great restaurants, great location and a quirky cinema all made for a fantastic stay in Yarraville. 2 bed unit was immaculate and well appointed. Will love to come back in the near future.

Excellent Base

We stayed to be close to family nearby, apartment well fitted out & comfortable. Location suited as shops & restaurants a 5 min walk away!! A few things a little tired but overall we enjoyed our stay & will be back

Have stayed in this apartment block for many years, but in a different apartment. Location and facilities are always great. Definitely be back again.

Idyllic

We enjoyed our stay at this property. Was really idyllic and convenient for us. We like the peace and quiet, and yet still close to Footscray, Highpoint and the City. The property was very spacious and had all the kitchen amenities you need to cook your family.

Yarraville treat

Bright and modern apartment in a great location, with an easy walk to fabulous cafés & restaurants, shops and public transport. Property is very clean, well equipped and quiet.

Excellent location

The apartment is comfortable, clean, well fitted out and is extremely well located. The Yarraville gardens, shopping centre and cafes and restaurants are just a block away. A contact phone number will be useful for any unexpected issues. Will certainly recommend the apartment

The property was quiet and had good resources neat tidy and comfortable. The towels were thin and ordinary and the hand rail in the bathroom was broken and nearly falling off the wall.

1.checkin is extremely inconvenient, having to go to another property several streets away, to retrieve key, then return to the apartment. 2. Glass doors onto verandah could not be locked, so the property is unsecured, guests unsafe3.storage of glasses etc in kitchen is at a height most normal people (such as us) cannot reach.

4泊しましたが、その期間エアコンが使えませんでした。非常に寒い時期でしたので、最悪でした。 サポートも何度も同じ回答で、事務局に報告するというだけでした。3回目の問い合わせの後、ヒーターを持っていくという連絡がありましたが結局、持ってきませんでした。 とにかくサポートが機能していない。

The house was great! More then what we were expecting…Good position, close to shops and train station.Very comfortable with all the amenities you need for a long stay..Private parking included.We’ll definitely book again when needed to go in Melbourne for work.
