Cozy apartment totally new both in terms of renovation and furnishings, accommodates up to 6 people and is located in a very central district: just 5 minutes walk from Corso Vittorio Emanuele, in an area fully served by shops including pharmacy, post office and supermarket . Nearby are also the judicial citadel and the motorway exit. For larger groups, it is possible to book the adjacent Amalfi Apartment, for a total of 10 beds.



The 60 mq apartment is located on the first floor of a building with elevator and shares the entrance with the adjacent Amalfi Apartment (please note 1 step to access it).



The internal space, totally private, is composed as follows:

- Kitchenette equipped with induction hob, mini fridge with freezer, moka and traditional oven

- Living area with dining table, double sofa bed and TV

- Bedroom with double bed, wardrobe and split A/C

- Bathroom equipped with wc, bidet and shower box

- Balcony.



Further services available to guests: UNLIMITED WIFI, split heating, drying rack, iron and ironing board.

Towels and linen are included (with additional linen optional for a fee).



To ensure the security of your personal data, 7 days before your arrival you will receive instructions to register your documents via our Guest Portal and pay the Tourist Tax due to the Municipality of Salerno, equal to EUR 1.50 per night per person for the first 5 nights. Switching on and off air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 383 of 6.10.2022).

For check-ins between 20:00 and 00:00, a surcharge will be applied, to be paid in cash upon arrival, as follows:

EUR 30 from 22:00 and 00:00.

It is not possible to check-in after midnight, not even for a fee. All late check-ins must be agreed and approved by the host.



Early check-in (before 14 am) will be possible only if there aren't guests who check out the same day and can, therefore, be confirmed only a few days before arrival.



The apartment is located in a central district, just 600 meters from the central station, in an area full of all the necessary amenities during your stay: shops, pharmacy, post office, restaurants and bars. Taking Corso Vittorio Emanuele (2 minutes on foot), you can reach the center, where you can admire the still intact medieval old town. Proceeding through one of the main shopping streets of Salerno, Via de' Mercanti, an evocative and ancient road that crosses the entire old city, you can reach the Provincial Art Gallery of Salerno, located on the first floor of Palazzo Pinto, a seventeenth-century noble residence that belonged to one of the most important families of Salerno.

- By car: street parking is paid on blue lines or free on white lines (NOT guaranteed). Alternatively, it is possible to park for a fee at the Metropark Parking Salerno, in Via Santi Martiri Salernitani 68, 100 meters from the apartment.
