The grounds themselves were beautiful, and our room was nice, but I was very frustrated by the food situation. Online, it shows there being multiple restaurants nearby the hotel, which is in a more remote area. When we arrived, we found out that they have all been closed permanently, and our only option was a €39 dinner. It was buffet style, so we tried everything offered, and nothing was up to par, I would not have paid even €10 for it. As the only food option in the area, and being priced so highly, I was very disappointed. If you have personal transportation (a car), it could be a relaxing stay if you left the grounds. As someone who relied on public transport, the stay was not worth it. Checking out early was fast.

Das Hotelzimmer ist prima. Es gab leider keine Badewanne, wie es angegeben war, aber trotzdem wirklich sehr schön! Auch die „Therme“ ist nett, nur kleiner, als sie auf den Fotos aussieht. Das Frühstück ist super aufgebaut, viel Auswahl, sehr lecker! Das Abendessen ist jedoch ziemlich teuer (wenn keine Halbpension) ,mit 39,99€ + Getränke pro Person, für sehr wenig Auswahl. Für Vegetarier ist eigentlich nichts außer Pommes dabei… sehr schade! Alles in allem hatten wir aber eine schöne Zeit.

Das Personal war sehr freundlich, umsichtig und zuvorkommend. Das Frühstücksbüfett war abwechslungsreich, für Jeden was zu finden. Was allerdings sehr zu wünschen übrig lies war die Sauberkeit der Toiletten sowohl im Restaurant als auch in unserem Hotelzimmer. Auch das Badezimmer hätte mal einer gründlichen Reinigung bedurft. Das die Reinigung der Zimmer nur auf Anforderung erfolgt, kenne ich so gar nicht. In den Zimmern lag auch keine Mappe mit diversen Telefonnummern bereit. Wenn ich ein Doppelzimmer vergebe so sollten auch, wenn Gläser vorhanden sind , Gläser für 2 Personen zur Verfügung stehen. Ansonsten ist es ein sehr schönes Objekt, welches aber wohl schon ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen ist. Was wir als sehr positiv empfanden war die freundliche Aufnahme unseres Hundes. Man durfte ihn sowohl zum Frühstück als auch Abends zum Büfett nach Absprache mitnehmen.

Schränke, Fenster und Gegenstände sind nicht gereinigt. Man sieht Finger und Handabdrücke von Vorbewohnern. Balkon ist auch nicht gereinigt. Stühle auf dem Balkon schon defekt. Wenn man schon oft früher in diesem Hotel war, hat die Qualität stark nachgelassen. Die Preise dafür nicht.

Die Sauberkeit des Zimmers ließ zu wünschen übrig. Es gab keine Reinigung oder ein Wechseln des Mülleimers während unseres Aufenthaltes. Mit Hund und Baby finde ich das schwierig. Wit mussten um einen Staubsauger bitten und unser Zimmer selber sauber machen, sowie den Müll eigenständig entfernen.
