"Mayens du Rudet" is a charming 4-room chalet spanning 125 m2 across 2 levels, positioned to the south and welcoming up to 6 guests across 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. On the ground floor, the living and dining area forms the heart of the chalet, featuring an open-hearth fireplace and cable TV with DVD player, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. This level also includes a fully equipped open kitchen fitted with 4 hot plates, an oven, a dishwasher, a kettle, a microwave, and an electric coffee machine, as well as a raclette grill and a cheese fondue set for convivial evenings. A separate WC completes the ground floor. Direct access to the garden is available from this level. On the upper floor, the 3 bedrooms are thoughtfully arranged to accommodate a variety of guest configurations. The first bedroom features 1 French bed measuring 160 cm in width and 200 cm in length, the second bedroom contains 2 single beds each measuring 90 cm in width and 200 cm in length, and the third bedroom offers 1 French bed measuring 140 cm in width and 200 cm in length. The upper floor is served by 1 shower room with WC and benefits from direct access to the terrace, which faces north. The chalet enjoys a marvellous panoramic view of the surrounding mountains and valley.
