Beech Pod provides a laid-back escape for up to four guests, surrounded by the quiet charm of North Shropshire. Although the property is advertised for two guests, it can comfortably accommodate up to four, making it suitable for couples, friends, or small families.. All on the Ground Floor:

External shower room: With shower cubicles, heated towel rail and toilets (shared with other properties on-site). Enclosed grounds with each pod having its own picnic table. Private parking for 2 cars. No smoking. Please note: This property has a security deposit of £50.. Beech Glamping Pod is a simple and peaceful wooden pod, perfect for guests seeking a rural escape with stunning countryside views, including the picturesque village church in the distance. Like its sister pod Oak, it offers a basic but cosy experience ideal for budget-friendly getaways.

Please note: Beech Pod does not have its own bathroom. Guests can use the shared shower block just a 1-minute walk away, which includes a shared outdoor sink area great for BBQ prep and a sunroom for unwinding. Wi-Fi is available in the pod and throughout the site. The seating area turns into the sleeping area, can be made into 2 single beds or one large bed across the back of the pod. Please note bedding supplied in bags for guests to make up as they wish.

Nestled between Ellesmere and Oswestry in the scenic North Shropshire countryside, Castle Farm is in an enviable location. Nearby Ellesmere (5 miles) is known for its glacial lakes and charming independent shops, while Oswestry (9 miles) offers bustling markets and familiar high street stores. St Martins (2 miles) provides everyday essentials with its supermarket, café, pub, and electric vehicle charging.

The Welsh border is just a mile away, opening up endless possibilities for day trips, from Llangollen with its steam trains and canal boats to dramatic walks up to Castell Dinas Brân. Local heritage attractions include Chirk Castle, Erddig Hall, and Whittington Castle, while outdoor enthusiasts will enjoy the Llangollen Canal, with its two breathtaking aqueducts, Chirk and Pontcysyllte, the latter a UNESCO World Heritage Site.

Within an hour’s drive, you can reach Shrewsbury, Chester, or the World Heritage Ironbridge Gorge. Younger guests can enjoy Park Hall Farm, while grown-ups can sample the local gin distillery, ice cream farm, or enjoy water sports at Alderford Lake.

There are five pods on site, and guests may book multiple pods together. When booked as a group, the site can accommodate up to 18 guests, ideal for relaxed gatherings
