The apartment is located on the third floor of a building with an elevator. It is ideal for families or groups of friends looking for good beach days, but close enough to a large and exciting city like Porto.

￫ Bedrooms:
The apartment has two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds, TV, and a balcony.

￫ Bathrooms:
The apartment has two bathrooms, one of them is a guest bathroom.

￫ Living / Dining Room:
The living room features a welcoming sofa, a dining table, and a balcony with partial sea views.

￫ Kitchen:
The kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, iron, dishwasher, microwave, and Nespresso coffee machine (coffee not included).

￫ The property is ''Self-Catered''. Basic items are provided for your arrival, including hygiene products for the first day, toilet paper, etc. These items are offered as a courtesy only - replacements or replenishments are not included.
￫ Bedding and towels are provided according to the number of guests confirmed in your reservation. For stays longer than 7 nights, an additional bedding and towel set will be provided free of charge at check-in.
￫ The Cleaning Fee included in your reservation covers only the check-out cleaning. Extra cleanings or additional towel exchanges may be requested during your stay and are subject to an extra fee - these requests must be made at least 24 hours in advance.
￫ Check-in is between 4:00 PM - 10:00 PM (additional cost of €25 for check-ins after 10:00 PM). Only one set of keys will be provided.
￫ Check-out must be done by 11:00 AM. Upon departure, please leave the keys on the main table.
￫ During your stay, the guest is responsible for the proper use and safekeeping of the property keys. Please avoid leaving the keys in the lock or mailbox. In case of need for technical assistance to open the door or in case of damage to the keys and/or lock, the costs resulting from this service will be borne by the guest. A penalty will apply in case of key loss.
￫ A crib and baby chair are available upon request and are subject to an additional cost.
￫ For stays equal to or longer than 28 days, monthly bills exceeding €150 will be charged separately. By making the reservation, the guest agrees to these terms.
