The flat features one spacious bedroom with a king sized bed and one bathroom with a shower over bath. Located on the ground floor, the property includes internal steps leading from the living room down to the kitchen. The living area also includes an L shaped sofa that converts into a sofa bed, comfortably accommodating additional guests.
The bright living room is styled with soft neutral tones, rich curtains, elegant chandeliers and ornate mirrors, giving the space a timeless and cosy atmosphere. Plush seating, layered cushions and large windows allow natural light to fill the apartment, enhancing its warm character. The dining area opens to comfortably seat up to four guests, making it ideal for relaxed meals at home. The kitchen is well equipped with modern appliances, including a combination washer and dryer, and the property also benefits from a portable air conditioning unit for the warmer summer months.

A Mobility Lease agreement will be drafted and signed in French. It will specify, among other things, the duration of the stay, the temporary reason for occupancy, and the conditions applicable to this type of rental.
If your situation does not meet the legal requirements of a Mobility Lease, if the requested supporting documents are not provided, or if the lease agreement is not signed, the booking request cannot be accepted or maintained.
This accommodation is not suitable for short-term tourist rentals or for standard long-term rentals without a qualifying mobility-related reason.
The price paid includes the rent as well as a fixed charge package covering internet, electricity, taxes, and platform fees, for normal occupancy of the property. This accommodation is intended for temporary occupancy under a Mobility Lease.
