Located on the first floor, Apartment Matisse is just two minutes from the beautiful Rambla, providing a peaceful retreat while remaining close to the vibrant activity of the main street. There is free parking but it is located in a building about a 5 minute walk from the apartment

Upon entering, you will find a thoughtfully prepared welcome station, complete with a house manual containing local information and personalized recommendations.

The main hallway leads to a bright open-plan living space. A sunny dining area, perfect for gathering with friends, connects to a cozy living room furnished with beautiful décor. There is also a large TV and a wide selection of board games for moments of fun and relaxation.

Strategically located just 45 minutes by train from Barcelona and Tarragona, Vilanova i la Geltrú is an ideal destination to relax and explore the beauty of the Costa Dorada.

Before booking please be aware that, to keep you and property safe, we require all guests to complete a short verification process.



The property owner also requires guests to pay a 300 € damage deposit which is returned 7 days after check out if there are no incidents.



In Catalunya all property owners are required to collect guest information and provide it to local police within 24 hours of check-in so please have your identity cards or passports ready.



All guests over the age of 17 are also required to pay the tasa turística (tourist tax) which is €1 per day per guest up to a maximum of €7 per guest.



-HOUSE RULES:
When using the air conditioning or heating, make sure all windows are closed. Please turn off the air conditioning / heating when you go out. Please do not set the temperature of the air conditioner below 25 degrees or if you are using the heating, please do not set over 23 degrees.

No smoking in the apartment.
