Summary:
Category 7 is a 3-bedroom apartment divided over two floors that can host up to 8 persons. With a separate entrance on the ground floor, it leads to a furnished paved garden. The living area has a double sofa bed and a well-equipped kitchenette. The master bedroom is bright and directly overlooks the garden. The bathroom on the ground floor has a shower and toilet. Going up the stairs, there is an additional bathroom and two more double bedrooms. Guests of this Airbnb have a private piece of garden area with a view, equipped with a dining table, chairs and umbrella.
The Space:
Welcome to Borgo San Pecoraio, a child-friendly resort at the coast of Tuscany within driving distance of the sandy beaches. The estate has two swimming pools, a soccer field and a tennis court. Its large external spaces are perfectly suitable for families and children. Each apartment has a private outside space with its own table, chairs and umbrella. The resort restaurant is open each day of the week and it's possible to order our delicious pizza's.
Guest Access:
The main pool is open 12 hours a day and has a magnificent view of the valley and the ocean. On a bright day you’ll be able to see the Tuscan island of Elba and even the French island of Corsica. Guests of this Airbnb have a private umbrella and (at least) two sun beds in the solarium of the pool. We named the pool Niagara and it’s huge: 800 m² with a depth from 1 to 3 meters. For the little ones we have a children’s pool, with a reduced depth.
Directly at the pool you’ll find a little bar where you can enjoy a coffee, drink or a light lunch. We also serve refreshing cocktails. Later in the day, many guests choose to dine at our restaurant, just a short walk away. The restaurant features a large panoramic terrace and a second pool.
There is also a soccer field beside the restaurant where kids from the resort gather for friendly international matches. You’ll also have access to our tennis court (hardcourt) and volleyball court, perfect for some light fun or a bit of training.
In addition to these facilities, we host a variety of weekly activities on-site such as wine tastings, e-bike tours, cooking classes, and acquagym sessions. It's a great way to enjoy Tuscan life in a relaxed and friendly setting.
At our restaurant you can savor delicious Tuscan cooking while enjoying the views of our pool and the charming Tuscan countryside. Our menu is full of hearty and tasty options made from fresh ingredients picked right from our Borgo's vegetable garden. Whether you’re in the mood for meat, fish, or a vegetarian meal, we’ve got something for everyone. It’s a cozy and relaxed place where you can unwind and enjoy some good food in peace.

Borgo San Pecoraio is at the center of various leisure, tourist and cultural itineraries. We are located in the beautiful hills above the northern Tuscan coast, a land rich in history, nature and culture; in a natural setting of rare beauty, ancient trees, olive groves and rows of vines extending from the hills to infinity with their sweet and poetic profile. In the surroundings you can make the following activities and day trips:

We recommend a day-trip combining Pisa and Lucca, both worthwhile and doable in half a day. We can pre-book tickets for the Tower of Pisa and a (guided) walk over the famous town walls of Lucca, in order to have the perfect organized day-trip. If you want to visit Florence it's wise to drive up the Autostrada A1 until the exit 'Villa Costanza'. You can park there safely and easily, and take the 'Tramvia' train. That's a small train that brings you quickly in the town centre. You avoid traffic and expensive parking.
