The apartment is located on the second floor of a family house set in a charming village surrounded by nature, close to Umag. The property features a beautiful swimming pool with a sunbathing area, sun loungers, and an outdoor shower, available to all guests of the house. The surrounding garden is spacious and fully fenced. The second-floor apartment has a balcony and offers a bright living area with a kitchenette equipped with two electric hobs, a refrigerator, a coffee machine, and a kettle. There is a dining table with seating for two, a flat-screen satellite TV, and direct access to the balcony. Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the apartment. The bathroom includes a shower, bidet, washbasin, and an external window; two bath towels per person are provided. The bedroom is furnished with a double bed. In front of the house, there is a secure parking space in the courtyard. Guests can also use the shared barbecue located in the large garden.
