This spacious accommodation offers capacity for 8 people, comfortably distributed across 3 bedrooms with 6 beds - including 2 double beds and 4 single beds. The house has 3 full bathrooms, all equipped with a shower, ensuring privacy and comfort for all guests.



The fully equipped American kitchen is a true highlight, with all the necessary appliances: fridge, washing machine, oven, dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine, toaster and kettle. Perfect for preparing meals with family or with groups of friends.



The interior environment is complemented by air conditioning throughout the house, electric heating and a cosy fireplace for cooler nights. The television with multiple languages and WiFi ensure moments of entertainment and connectivity.



Outside, the house has a generous area of 100m², including a 25m² balcony, garden furniture, barbecue, private terrace and Jacuzzi. The plot is fenced, offering privacy and security.
