The fully equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher, oven, hob (three gas burners and one electric), extractor hood, coffee machine, kettle, and microwave. A dining area opens onto a furnished sea-view balcony with table and chairs. The bright living room provides a flat-screen satellite TV, sofa, armchair, dining table, and air conditioning.
