The space

This modern villa, located in La Herradura and surrounded by nature, offers stunning sea and mountain views. The property is distributed over two floors, combining design, comfort, and spaces thoughtfully created to enjoy both indoor and outdoor living.

Access is through a solarium terrace with a pleasant chill-out atmosphere. On the first floor, you will find a spacious living and dining area with an open-plan kitchen and central island, fully equipped with state-of-the-art appliances. This level also includes a laundry area with washing machine and dryer, as well as a guest bedroom with a double bed and large built-in wardrobes.

Large floor-to-ceiling windows connect the interior to a spacious outdoor terrace equipped with a dining table for 6 to 8 guests, a bioclimatic pergola with glass curtains and LED lighting, private swimming pool, and sun loungers. From this area, you can enjoy open views of the sea and mountains, perfect for relaxing at any time of the day.

The second floor consists of two bedrooms, both with en-suite bathrooms. The master bedroom features a double bed, LED-illuminated headboard, safe, large built-in wardrobes, armchair, workspace, and a full en-suite bathroom. The second guest bedroom offers two single beds, walk-in wardrobe, and a full en-suite bathroom.

The property is completely new, designed in a contemporary style where every detail has been carefully created to provide comfort, well-being, and relaxation.

Located within an exclusive RESORT of 10 villas, this villa offers breathtaking views of the sea and the Cerro Gordo natural reserve. The contrast between the green pine trees and the deep blue sea creates a peaceful and inspiring environment, perfect for disconnecting and enjoying nature.

Paradise has never been so close: just 5 minutes from La Herradura beach and all amenities, 45 minutes from Málaga International Airport, 45 minutes from the beautiful city of Granada and the Alhambra, and only 15 minutes from Nerja and its famous caves.

During autumn and winter, the area remains equally beautiful and unique. You can enjoy breakfast in the sun on the terrace and ski in Sierra Nevada the same day (only 1h15 away). For those who prefer the sea, the bay of La Herradura and Marina del Este offer beaches, boat trips, and catamaran cruises.

From July 1st, this exclusive resort offers our guests premium 5-Star services at special rates.

These include access to our exclusive Beach Club, water sports rentals such as jet ski, paddle surf, and pedal boats, tailored housekeeping and laundry services, concierge service, yoga instructor, surf and diving instructors, and grocery delivery service, all designed to provide a comfortable, exclusive, and worry-free stay.

Pets are allowed upon prior request, limited to one pet per stay, and provided they are not classified as potentially dangerous. Unfortunately, cats are not permitted.

In exceptional cases, a second pet may be authorized upon consultation and approval. In such cases, an additional fee of €100 per pet per stay will apply. We appreciate your understanding.

Important

In accordance with Royal Decree 933/2021, all guests in Spain must complete a registration form before arrival. This information is required by law and must be submitted to the authorities.

Security deposit

A security deposit is required before the start of the stay. This amount is fully and automatically refunded within 24 to 72 hours after check-out, provided no damage or incidents are detected.
