Guest Numbers, Age and ID
Only the number of guests listed on the reservation may stay overnight.

All adult guests must provide a valid government-issued photo ID within 48 hours of the booking being made.

The lead guest must be at least 21 years old. For lead guests under 25 years old, an additional refundable security deposit of £300 is required.

Visitors
A maximum of 2 daytime visitors are permitted. Total occupancy, including guests and visitors, must not exceed 10 people at any time. All visitors must leave by 11:00 pm.

The property is located in a residential area. Quiet hours are strictly between 9:00 pm and 7:00 am. No parties, events or gatherings are permitted.

Linen and Bedding Policy
Linen and towels are provided according to the number of guests booked.

A travel cot is available on request. Guests must bring their own cot bedding for hygiene and safety reasons.

Parking and Bins
Private driveway parking is available for 2 cars.

Guests staying over a Sunday night or checking in on a Monday may be asked to place the bins at the kerb for early Monday morning collection.

Minimum age of the lead guest is 21 years old. ID is required for all adult guests within 48 hours of booking. The lead guest may be required to show ID again at check-in if requested.

Only registered guests may stay overnight. The maximum overnight occupancy for this property is 8 guests.
