Semi-detached villa in a green and quiet area of Lignano Pineta, only 250mt from the beach. Our lovely accommodation features a private fenced garden with a furnished patio. The ground floor consists of a living/dining room with a sofa, an open plan kitchen, a bedroom with a single bed, and a full bathroom with shower. The first floor is composed of two double bedrooms with balcony (one with an additional single bed), and a second bathroom with shower. Equipped with dishwasher, washing machine, and one uncovered parking space. It can accommodate up to 6 guests.
