Villa with garden and private sea access

Villa Paola is a Tabarkino-style property set in a private and large garden of over one hectare that descends to the sea. Walking through the private garden for less than 100 meters you have access to the sea in a little-known area, with comfortable flat rocks and a stone's throw from the beach of Geniò, in the beautiful St. Peter's Island of Sardinia.

Overlooking the sea, the house enjoys a large patio shaded by a reed pergola and a century-old pine tree. Two large wooden tables make it the ideal space for outdoor breakfasts and dinners at sunset, surrounded by Mediterranean vegetation and the scent of the sea.

The ground floor opens onto a large, fully equipped kitchen and a comfortable, bright living room. Both rooms, as well as the bedrooms, have windows and French windows that directly overlook the back and the patio facing the sea, for very pleasant natural ventilation.

Also on the ground floor:
- a spacious double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom complete with a shower.
- a second bathroom next to the kitchen.
The thick stone walls and terracotta floors keep the house cool in the summer months.

On the first floor, you'll find:
- a double bedroom (convertible into a double with single beds) with a beautiful sea view.
- a first attic room with two single beds.
- a second attic room with an en-suite bathroom.

Access to the sea
Between the house and the sea lies the Mediterranean maquis, crossed by a path that leads to a stretch of crystal clear sea with rocks and a small beach. The path to the sea below the house is part of the property and is not frequented by other people.

The villa is equipped with Starlink, ensuring a fast and stable internet connection for all your needs, perfect for smart-working and streaming content.

Guests will have lounge chairs and a hammock hanging under a centuries-old pine tree. In the house there are also two camping beds for children aged 6 months to 4 years, two high chairs, children's dishes and some toys.

The house has been managed for a long time by my family with excellent reviews from guests, now I am taking care of it directly, continuing to guarantee the same level of care and attention.
