The Property
Set within a private, fenced-in lot of approximately 2,000 square meters, surrounded by greenery and meticulously maintained, you’ll find the ideal setting to relax in close contact with nature. The property features a fully equipped RV, 1 bathroom—inside the RV—and a cozy little cottage with a space where you can eat indoors. There are over 30 olive trees and about 10 citrus trees, as well as a barbecue area perfect for outdoor lunches and dinners.

The property is located near the railroad tracks, but there are no train stops in the immediate vicinity. The location is ideal for those traveling by car who want to easily explore the beaches and downtown Cagliari, both just a few minutes away.
