✅ July 2026 update — the house is perfectly fine. The Sierra Oeste fire did not affect the property or its surroundings: everything is running normally and road access has been restored. The plan is the same as always: the San Juan reservoir and its swimming areas are open, the old town and restaurants are open, and the walking routes and viewpoints are available. A town with history, with its own wine, with the San Juan reservoir ten minutes away and that feeling of real countryside you will not find in any coastal resort. Fifty-five minutes from Madrid. With everything a family or group getaway needs to be perfect. On Calle de Benavides de Órbigo, this house brings all of that together: three bedrooms for seven people, three full bathrooms, a private pool for the summer, a gas barbecue for all year round and a garden that is the true heart of the house. No close neighbours. No noise. Just nature, quiet and birdsong. 🛏️ BEDROOMS Three spacious, warm bedrooms for up to 7 guests: - Bedroom 1: large double bed (king size). The main bedroom, for the couple or whoever wants the most comfort. - Bedroom 2: standard double bed. Equally comfortable and well equipped. - Bedroom 3: double bed + single bed. The most versatile room: it can take a couple with a child, two friends or three people in total. - Cot and high chair available on prior request. 🛁 BATHROOMS Three full bathrooms so a group of 7 never has to wait: - Bathroom 1: with a bathtub.
