The apartment features a bright living area with an American induction kitchen, complete with refrigerator, freezer, dishes, kitchen utensils, and coffee maker, ideal for preparing breakfasts and quick meals. The bedroom is designed to ensure rest and privacy for 2 guests. Outside, you can enjoy the furnished garden, relax on the balcony with a view or cool off in the shared swimming pool, while the covered parking in the structure ensures convenience and security. The apartment is equipped with air conditioning, centralised heating, washing machine, hairdryer and television, and is also perfect for those working remotely, thanks to quiet and well-organised spaces.



Located in Sirmione, the apartment allows you to quickly reach the historic centre with its picturesque streets, the beaches of Lake Garda, Gardaland and other theme parks, as well as supermarkets, pharmacies and local restaurants.



Check-in is simple and autonomous via code, available from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM, with the possibility of late check-in upon request. Check-out is expected by 10:00 AM. Throughout the stay, a dedicated GardaGate contact is available for any emergency or information. Upon arrival, an identity document and payment of the municipal stay tax will be required.



Pets are not allowed, organising parties or events is prohibited, and observance of quiet hours is requested to ensure a peaceful holiday for all guests.
