Three bedrooms, three en-suite bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen. Your private pool is surrounded by a fenced garden overlooking the Adriatic lagoon — ideal for families with children or guests travelling with pets. Pool open all season; comfortable swimming from late May.

The island of Albarella offers golf, tennis, sailing, horse riding, sandy beaches, and 10+ restaurants — all accessible by bicycle or golf cart (rentals available at special rates for our guests). Private island with 24-hour security. Venice is 75 minutes by car.

Included: weekly linen and towels, beach towels, welcome basket with local wine and snacks, and printed house guide. Free parking. Pet-friendly. Fast WiFi. A/C throughout.

Hosting for us is personal: we want every guest to experience these places the way we do — slowly, with great food, beautiful sunsets, and no rush.
We're always available by WhatsApp and happy to share our favourite restaurants, hidden spots, and local tips.

We love Albarella with its sunsets over the water, the deer wandering through the pines, the absolute quiet in the evenings. It's a safe island where children ride bikes, dinners last until midnight, and nobody is in a hurry.

The Po Delta nature reserve surrounds you, and Venice is close enough for a day trip but far enough to feel like a different world. After years of visiting, we still look forward to every stay.

Three things set our villa apart.

First, the lagoon-side position — most Albarella villas face inward, but ours opens directly onto the lagoon with unobstructed sunset views from the pool and garden.

Second, every bedroom has its own bathroom — rare on the island and a real difference for families or friends sharing.

Third, the garden is fully enclosed, so children and pets can play freely while you watch from the pool or the dining table. We include everything you need from day one: linen, beach towels, a welcome basket — so your holiday starts the moment you arrive.
