Located on the first floor of a building, accessible via 16 steps, the apartment comfortably accommodates up to 4 guests. The entire apartment is reserved exclusively for guests, ensuring privacy and independence. Check-in is carried out personally by a member of our staff, who will welcome you at the property and gladly provide helpful information and local recommendations. Your arrival time must be arranged in advance before check-in.
Check-in is available from 3:00 PM to 8:30 PM, and check-out is required by 10:00 AM. Arrivals between 8:30 PM and 11:30 PM incur an additional fee of €30, while arrivals between 11:30 PM and 2:00 AM incur a fee of €50, payable in cash upon arrival. A valid identification document is required for every guest at check-in for mandatory registration with the relevant authorities.
The property does not offer private parking, but street parking is available in permitted areas at an indicative cost of approximately €15 per week. The Sant’Agnello tourist tax is €4 per person per night, applies from April to October, and must be paid in cash upon arrival. Minors are exempt.
