Stylish beachside cottage with large terrace

The summer house is stylishly furnished and has a truly cosy atmosphere. The large, sunny wooden terrace is at least as appealing. In other words, it’s a wonderful place to spend time both indoors and outdoors – and it certainly doesn’t hurt that it’s only 500 metres to the Kattegat and the beautiful coastline.



Layout:

Inside, it’s bright and inviting, and you can clearly feel that great care has been taken to create a warm and pleasant atmosphere. The four bedrooms are all equipped with double beds, and two of them have TVs with Chromecast. The living room and kitchen are connected in an open layout. There is a wood-burning stove and a heat pump for chilly days and evenings, and if you’re in the mood for a good movie or some light entertainment, there’s a TV with Chromecast by the sofa. In short, very comfortable surroundings for your holiday.



Outdoors:

The 1,493 m² natural plot is also a great place to be – especially on the terrace that wraps around two sides of the house. To the east there is a sea view, and to the south the terrace is sheltered by a fence, ensuring privacy. Sun loungers, garden furniture and a barbecue are available, so you won’t be missing anything. You can also relax in the wilderness spa or roast marshmallows at the fire pit. The garage contains various activities for you to enjoy.



Location:

From the terrace you can see the water. It takes about five minutes to walk to the end of the road, and from there you can follow small paths to the sandy beach overlooking the Kattegat. The beaches here are known for being child-friendly with shallow waters, so even the youngest family members can paddle and swim when the summer sun is high in the sky. If you fancy a walk, you can head along the coast to Hou’s lovely marina. In Hou, you can treat yourselves to a large ice cream by the water or enjoy lunch at one of the town’s eateries. Just 250 metres from the house is Lagunen, offering a fishing lake, water park, playground and café – and in summer a flea market. The nearest grocery store is 4 km away.
