Aegle Seafront Villa forms part of the exclusive Cavo Fregada enclave above the historic chapel of Agios Stefanos, offering a serene hillside setting just moments from Galissas Beach and less than fifteen minutes by car from the vibrant harbour town of Ermoupoli. The villa is designed for guests seeking a refined yet relaxed island lifestyle, where the architecture, the landscape and the endless Aegean horizon are allowed to speak for themselves. The infinity pool frames the sea as if it were a painted backdrop, while generous terraces and outdoor lounging areas encourage long days in the sun and evenings gathered under the pergola with the soft sound of the waves below.



Inside, the atmosphere is fresh and contemporary, with elegant furnishings, quality linens and thoughtfully selected décor. The main living level features an open-plan sitting area and a fully equipped kitchen with all modern conveniences, including a washing machine. The villa offers three principal bedrooms: one double bedroom and one twin bedroom on the upper level with a shared bathroom, and an additional double bedroom with its own bathroom on the ground floor. On the lower level, a spacious playroom can be arranged as an additional sleeping area with two sofa beds and has its own bathroom, making the accommodation suitable for families or small groups of up to six guests. Air conditioning is available throughout, and the house is equipped with entertainment amenities including games, books and a sound system. Private parking is available on site.



A security deposit of €1,000 is required either via bank transfer prior to arrival or in cash upon check-in, returned at departure if no damage has occurred. Local charges payable by guests include Municipality Tax at 0.5%, VAT at 13%, and the Climate Resilience Tax of €15 per room per night (payable locally). Check-in is from 15:00 and check-out by 11:00. No dedicated staff are resident, however local assistance is available if required.
