The apartment can sleep 4 people in 1 twin single and 1 king-size double bedrooms as well has a family bathroom. The rest of the apartment is made up of a fitted kitchen, a dining/sitting room. To the outside of the cottage is off road parking for 1 car and a patio with garden furniture. Ocean Wave is lovely holiday home for couples who wish to holiday close to Weymouth beach. Note: Down a flight of steps from parking area to courtyard. Note: Three flights of steps some double sized down garden to rear gate from patio. Note; Fireplace in sitting room not in use, just a feature. Please note: Vale Fire will be attending the property on Monday 9th February 2026 to carry out the annual Fire Extinguisher service.

There are many Georgian houses which front onto the seafront and esplanade, along with many other historic buildings, enjoy the variety and extensive sea views as you stroll along the seafront.
