The house is surrounded by 11 hectars of farmland where we grove olives and hazelnuts. The flat is part of a complex of holiday cottages with a big pool .

Final cleaning, bills, bedlinen and towels are included. Upon request it is possible to arrange a cleaning during during your stay (extra charge).
Possibility to access to the farmland and the big pool (8mt x 16 mt) furnished with umbrellas and sunbeds

Rome can easily be reached via direct train from Capranica Sutri train station (5km) or by bus (the bus stop is around 10 min walk)
