The kitchen is equipped with modern appliances, including a dishwasher, making meal preparation easy. The dining area, with its round wooden table, invites you to enjoy your culinary creations.

The living room is designed for relaxation, featuring a comfortable sofa that converts into a bed, and a TV for entertainment. From here, step out onto the small balcony, where outdoor seating allows you to savour your morning coffee amidst the city's charm.

The separate bedroom offers a double bed and built-in wardrobes, providing a serene retreat for rest. The bathroom is modern, with a vessel sink and circular mirror, adding a touch of elegance to your daily routine.

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home, so please take good care of it as if it were your own.

Rua de 31 de Janeiro is situated in Porto's vibrant Santo Ildefonso district. Known for its historical significance, this area is a stone's throw from iconic attractions like the Clérigos Tower and Livraria Lello. Enjoy the lively atmosphere with an array of shops, cafes, and restaurants just steps away.

Conveniently located near São Bento Station, guests can easily access Porto's metro and train services. The Trindade metro station is also within walking distance, offering connections throughout the city and beyond. Explore the city effortlessly with public transport options at your doorstep.

This is a self check-in property. Identity verification will be required before accessing the property. Check-in is from 16:00, subject to availability and confirmation.

After the booking is confirmed, guests are required to complete a guest registration form, in accordance with the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.

Smoking is strictly prohibited throughout the entire property (indoors and outdoors). Evidence of smoking (e.g. smell of smoke, ash, cigarette butts) will result in a minimum fee of €200.

For stays longer than 30 nights, a fair usage policy applies for utilities, with a cap of €80.

During the first days of the stay, we provide a welcome kit with basic items: shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dish soap and bin bags.

Additional services:
• Extra keys: €20 (extra pair when available, lost keys or door opening during the stay)
• Extra cleaning with linen change: at the price of the standard cleaning fee
• Extra linen kit: €30 (towels and bed linen for 2 people)
