The apartment is located in Via Regina Margherita, a side street of Via Piave, just 200 meters from the sea. The Paese Nuovo area offers the perfect balance between peace and proximity to services and the beach.
Parking is generally easy to find. Several essential shops are nearby, and the beach can be reached in about 5 minutes on foot. The nearest shopping center, Conad City, is about a 10-minute walk away.
In the first street of the Paese Nuovo area, at Via Regina Margherita no. 10, we rent an apartment in a condominium, located on the ground floor. The apartment consists of a spacious kitchen, a double bedroom, and a bathroom (without window).
AMENITIES:
Cooktop, oven, microwave oven, fridge with freezer, Nespresso coffee machine, TV, air conditioning, washing machine, hairdryer, ironing board and iron.
SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS:
Sleeps 4, with one double bed and one sofa bed.
