It is a house with an area of 85 sq.m., located on the eastern edge of the small and quiet of the village of Nipiditos, at an altitude of 400 m..

Inside there is: kitchen, living room with fireplace, living-dining room (with sofa that
becomes a double bed), bedroom (double bed), wooden unit (with a double bed) and bathroom.
The house has a fantastic private garden, a great space to enjoy meals and drinks in the warm and sunny weather of Crete, under the clear blue sky or under the shadow of trees.
Our guest have full access to every part of the house. They can use also the parking area of the property.

The house is located in the small village of Nipiditos, in the center of Heraklion prefecture. In the village there is a traditional cafe-grocery, which in the evenings also offers local delicacies. The village is 37 kilometers (38 minutes) from Heraklion and the nearest airport, 27-34 kilometers (37-40 minutes) from the bustling and crowded northern beaches (Hersonissos, Stalida, Malia) and 31 kilometers (40 minutes) from Tsoutsouros with one of the most beautiful and clean beaches of southern Crete. Within 40 with 50 minutes you can enjoy swimming in other beautiful and quiet beaches in the south (Kastri, Keratokampos). The location is also ideal for exploring the Lasithi plateau and the surrounding traditional villages, where you can enjoy amazing Cretan cuisine with local products. It's a good choice to use this secluded, quiet place to stay while you can to drive and explore the rest of southern, northern and eastern Crete on day trips. There is access to Primary Medical Care (health center) at 7 kilometers (10 minutes) or at Arkalochori or Kasteli. Arkalochori and Kasteli also have bank branches, large supermarkets, local shops and plenty of places to eat and drink.
To be able to explore the area but also the surrounding villages and the various historical monuments of the city, it is good to have a car. We can help you with car rental. Please note that the apartment has parking space.
