Shower Room: Cubicle Shower, Toilet. Electric central heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included. Initial fuel for wood burner included, remainder available locally. Travel cot and highchair. Welcome pack. Terrace and garden furniture. Private parking for 1 car. No smoking. Please note: There is an unfenced river in the grounds.. Welcome to Dinky Daze, your perfect little riverside retreat in the heart of the Norfolk Broads. Just a short stroll from a friendly pub, and Brundall train station, ideal for exploring both the golden sands of Great Yarmouth and the historic city of Norwich. Tucked right on the banks of the River Yare, Dinky Daze is perfect for couples or solo adventurers looking to slow down and soak up the beauty of the waterways.

Inside, you have a cosy open-plan living, dining, and kitchen space with a welcoming wood burner, ideal for relaxing after a day of exploring. The bright double bedroom and modern bathroom provide comfort and convenience, making this a truly home-from-home escape. Throw open the French doors and step onto your private decking, where sweeping river views await. Enjoy morning coffee as the wildlife stirs, watch boats drift by throughout the day, or share a glass of wine at sunset as the water glistens.

For those who love the outdoors, Dinky Daze is a dream come true. Fishing is available right from the decking during the season (don’t forget your fishing licence), while private mooring means you can bring your own boat (Maximum mooring 12 metres - please confirm at time of booking) or hire one nearby. You can even launch kayaks or paddle boards straight from the deck. Local canoe hire is also available for exploring at your own pace.
