メインレベルには、ツイントランドルベッドとフルバスルーム付きのベッドルームがあります。 独立したランドリー/パントリールームと設備の整ったキッチンは、明るく明るく広々としたダイニングルームエリアに通じています。 リビングルームエリアには2つの大きなソファと椅子があり、ボーズサラウンドサウンド付きの60インチテレビで映画を見たり、輝く新しいプールを見下ろす大きなデッキにつながっています。 デッキの階段を降りて、プールとバスルームと屋外シャワーのある専用パティオエリアに行きます。

Beautiful, spacious and clean house in a great location. While the weather did not cooperate, we enjoyed the pool, table tennis and relaxing in the comfortable living space. Smooth check in and excellent communications with host. Would definitely return. Thank you!

My family and I appreciated how clean the how was! It was an easy walk to our favorite beach in Anna Maria and there were plenty of beach supplies (beach wagon, umbrella, boogie boards, beach chairs and sand toys.) My kids also enjoyed the pool. The owner also quickly responded to any questions I had.

This place was just PERFECT for our friend get-away! The house was just as described and had everything you could have needed for your trip! The outside pool was great after getting enough sun at the beach....which was very much within walking distance. They offered plenty of chairs, and had a wagon to pull your beach stuff in, as well as coolers to use if you needed to use them. The kitchen had everything you could have needed as far as kitchen supplies go. The best feature was having a grill that was hooked up to gas, so we grilled out every night except for one. The house is very well kept and the beds were comfortable. There are alarms on the doors to the outside, which I am sure is for safety reasons. Be sure to read the instructions to by pass the alarm before opening the door, as they are loud. We laughed every time we heard a neighboring house forget to bypass, as you can hear those alarms. :) The house has a great open floor plan for the main level with the kitchen, dining, and family room all together. The contact with Eleni was very easy and she would get back to you within a reasonable time. I highly recommend this home and was walking distance to so many little cafes and ice cream places. We had the best time!!

Perfect spot for family vacation

Location, location, location.Walking to the beach and restaurants, made the stay so extra enjoyable. We stayed memorial day weekend and didn't have to worry about the traffic because everything we needed we could walk to.

Perfect Family House

Our family had a wonderful time at this house! It was clean, well stocked and within walking distance of the beach. We also loved having a shaded pool to relax in. Our son has already asked to stay at this house again during our next trip to AMI!

Family of 8 stayed at property. Access to beach was within 1 block, water was beautiful with white sandy beach. Many shops within short distance from house. It was a beautiful home to stay in.

The house, amenities, location and the property manager are all top shelf! This is our fourth year at this property and we love it! It is really well stocked, beautifully furnished and the location can't be beat. 100% recommend this property!

Our Family Favorite!

This house has become our home away from home every other year for Thanksgiving! Eleni is an exceptional Property Manager and goes out of her way for her guests. The house has everything we need for indoors and out! It’s perfectly located a very short distance to the beach so a day at the beach feels effortless. We will definitely be back!

Perfect place, perfect location!

Our first time at Anna Maria Island, and this house and it’s location made it a truly special trip with our family. The house itself is great and has everything you need for the beach and the pool, and for cooking and relaxing throughout the week. The location is amazing! Overall, our best of many VRBO experiences. We will be back!

We are locals who live in and love our beautiful island. We have lived here for over 25 years and know the value of our surroundings and respect and appreciate our environment. We strive to provide a full, safe, clean and peaceful stay for families and visitors who will treat our home and island the same as we do. We are here for you and wish for you to have a memorable and worth-while retreat. This is our only rental property, therefore, we appreciate your kindness and feedback...and hopefully, your return.

The city of Anna Maria is nestled on the quiet north end of Anna Maria Island. It boasts serenity and charm with simple convenience and great restaurants and the sweetest spots to beach it. There are historical landmarks and cute shops to check out and plenty of ice cream shops to keep you cool when you want a break from the amazing sunshine. It's easy to get around on foot without feeling like you're missing out on a laid back vacation. Take a walk or go for a bike ride with ease and safety while taking in the salty air.
