Spanning approximately 85 square metres, Villa Marenthe accommodates up to six guests across three beautifully appointed bedrooms, each featuring an extra-large double bed, complemented by two contemporary bathrooms with walk-in showers, bathrobes, slippers, and quality toiletries. The open-plan living area is filled with natural light and includes a comfortable seating space with a sofa bed, flowing directly onto the terrace through large openings that enhance the indoor-outdoor connection. The fully equipped kitchen is ideal for both short and extended stays and includes a stovetop, oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, dining table, washing machine, and tumble dryer.



Outside, a private swimming pool with open sea, garden, and pool views forms the heart of the outdoor space, accompanied by furnished terraces for relaxed dining and sun-soaked lounging. The setting is tranquil and private, ideal for enjoying morning coffee, lazy afternoons, and peaceful evenings under the stars. The villa is fully air-conditioned, soundproofed, and equipped with Wi-Fi, flat-screen TV, heating, safety deposit box, private entrance, and private parking. The entire unit is located on the ground floor and is strictly non-smoking.



Concierge services can be arranged upon request through the complex, including private transfers, yacht rentals, curated dining experiences, and island excursions. There is no permanent on-site staff, allowing for complete privacy, while support remains available when needed.



Please note that additional towel or linen changes during the stay may be subject to an extra charge. A refundable damage deposit of up to €300 may be requested after check-out should any damage occur during the stay. Smoking is not permitted within the villa.
