The living and dining area is arranged in an open-plan layout, featuring a dining table and direct access to the garden, creating a seamless connection between the interior and the outdoor space. The first bedroom is furnished with 1 double bed measuring 160 cm and also benefits from a direct exit to the garden. The second bedroom is equally appointed with 1 double bed, offering a restful and private retreat. The kitchen is fully open to the living area and is equipped with an oven, 4 gas rings, a dishwasher, a toaster, a kettle, and an electric coffee machine. The single bathroom features a shower, bidet, and WC. The apartment also offers a terrace with beautiful views of the lake and the surrounding countryside.
