On the upper floor, there is a hallway, a bathroom with toilet and washing machine, one double bedroom, a solarium with sunshade and partial sea view, and a second terrace overlooking the pool. Air conditioning and numbered parking are included. Just a few steps from the sea, the residence offers a shared swimming pool. Shops and services are nearby.
