The interior unfolds across multiple levels and combines refined comfort with generous space. The ground floor features a fully equipped modern kitchen and an expansive living and dining area with plush seating, television and fireplace, while floor-to-ceiling sliding windows open directly onto the pool terrace, blurring the lines between indoor and outdoor living. From almost every corner, guests can admire panoramic sea views, the sunrise over the water and the evening lights of Heraklion across the bay.



Accommodation is arranged across six well-appointed bedrooms. Two master suites feature king-size beds, ensuite bathrooms and private balconies with sweeping sea views, one complemented by a luxury freestanding bathtub and a small adjoining office space. Additional bedrooms include elegant doubles with either sea or garden views, each offering privacy and comfort. One king-size bedroom with its own bathroom and kitchenette is located on the lower level, ideal for guests seeking extra independence, while the sixth bedroom is a recent addition supported by two further bathrooms on the upper and ground floors.



Guests also benefit from a private gym, a dedicated laundry room with washing and drying machines and a convenient laundry chute, as well as a quiet office area overlooking the sea for those who wish to work or unwind in solitude.

The rental rate includes a welcome basket with snacks, fresh fruit and selected local wine, along with high-quality bathroom fittings throughout. Smoking is permitted only in outdoor areas. There is no live-in staff at the villa; however, a range of services can be arranged on request at an additional cost, including private chef services, airport transfers, car or bike rentals, yacht and luxury boat charters, spa and wellness treatments, villa pre-stocking, extra housekeeping and private security. A refundable security deposit is required, with the amount confirmed prior to arrival. Pets are not permitted.
