Villa Calitha spans approximately 412 sqm across three levels and accommodates up to 16 guests in eight beautifully appointed bedrooms, combining exposed stone walls, hardwood bedroom floors and elegant marble and stone finishes with expansive sea vistas throughout.



The ground floor features a generous open-plan living and dining area with high ceilings, fireplace and satellite TV, alongside a fully equipped kitchen that opens through French doors to a shaded terrace and the pool area. Two ensuite bedrooms with flexible twin or double beds are located on this level, each with rain showers, walk-in closets and sea views, with one offering direct access to the pool terrace. The first floor hosts a master ensuite bedroom with a king-size bed, rain shower and large sea-view terrace, as well as a second ensuite double bedroom accessed via an external staircase, complete with fireplace, walk-in closet and private terraces. On the lower level there is a laundry and storage area together with two further ensuite bedrooms that open directly onto the garden and pool. A separate garden suite connected to the main villa via paved paths includes a shared kitchenette, a small private garden with Jacuzzi and two additional ensuite double bedrooms with private entrances and sea views.



The extensive 13,700 sqm landscaped grounds are arranged in terraced gardens with olive trees and garden pavilions, centred around a striking infinity-edge pool that appears to merge with the horizon. Guests also enjoy air conditioning, WiFi, barbecue facilities, a private gym and a helipad, creating an ideal setting for both relaxation and entertaining.



The rental rate includes meet and greet on arrival, daily light housekeeping, twice-weekly linen changes and luxury bath amenities. Chef services, transfers, vehicle hire, yacht charters, guided tours, spa treatments, villa pre-stocking, additional cleaning and private security can be arranged at an extra cost upon request. A refundable security deposit and any applicable local taxes or government fees may be required prior to arrival. Pets are not permitted.
