A spacious open-plan living and dining area flows into a fully equipped professional kitchen suited to large gatherings, while outside four pergola-shaded terraces with built-in seating create inviting spaces for al fresco dining and relaxation. Two barbecue areas, including one beside the shoreline, and an additional outdoor kitchen make entertaining effortless. The villa is arranged across a main house, a separate guesthouse block and an independent guest room by the sea, offering a total of twelve bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms and flexible family layouts, ideal for large groups seeking both comfort and privacy.



Air conditioning, WiFi, cable television, a washing machine, private parking, a tennis court and a beachfront swimming pool are all provided, and the villa’s modern design is complemented by memorable sea views. Events are permitted by prior arrangement. The rental includes a personal meet and greet on arrival, a welcome basket, housekeeping six days per week for public areas and light room cleaning, weekly linen and towel changes, pool maintenance, natural bath amenities and access to gym equipment including weights, Pilates balls and table tennis. Additional services such as a private chef, transfers, vehicle hire, yacht charters, guided tours, spa treatments, villa pre-stocking, extra cleaning and private security can be arranged at an extra cost. Pets may be accepted on request. A refundable security deposit and any applicable local taxes or event fees may apply depending on the booking details.
