The Space:
A TOUR OF THE PLACE
Located in the heart of historic Nyhavn, this apartment offers a bright, open, and inviting space perfect for families, friends, or couples visiting Copenhagen. Upon entering, you are greeted by a welcoming living area with a small table at the entrance for keys, bags, or other little items.
Half a story up you enter into the huge entrance area with a table for putting down your stuff, a bench and a neonsign designed for the property by Troels Andersen, a local Copenhagen artist.
To your left the spacious bathroom kept in deep dark green creating a stylish and comfortable atmosphere. There is a washer and dryer for your dirty laundry.
Three bedrooms are connected to the entrance area, all three with kingsize beds, a pillow selection and crisp hotel duvets.
The spiral staircase leeds you downstairs to the huge living space with direct access to the courtyard from the open kitchen. The living area features a floater of a sofa that unfolds to a high quality queensize bed and a 45" TV in the corner, as well as a work space and a dining table for 8 in the center, ideal for shared meals or gatherings.
There is a fourth identical bedroom in the corner of the lower floor for extra privacy.
With its thoughtful open-plan design, bright living spaces, and carefully curated color and design details, this apartment provides a cozy, practical, and stylish base for experiencing the charm and energy of Nyhavn and Copenhagen.
The Neighborhood:
Nyhavn (New Harbour) is the most famous landmark of our city. With its picturesque wooden sailing ships along the canal filled with restaurants and hangout spots this is as charming as it gets. And with the penthouse situated in a historic courtyard behind it all you still get the feeling of living like a local. The new “kissing bridge” across the main canal connects the area to Christianshavn and Christiania in a short walk.
Getting Around:
The metro stops at Kongens Nytorv which is at the other end of Nyhavn, 5 minutes away. From there the airport is a 13 min. train ride.
