The building was constructed in 1946, so you may notice charming period details typical of older stone buildings.

- Due to the central location, some city and tram noise can occasionally be heard.
- The apartment is on the second floor with elevator access.
- The home is best suited for guests who appreciate a calm, respectful residential environment.
- Quiet hours in the building are 22:00–07:00.

Free street parking for 4 hours with a parking disc on weekdays from 8:00 to 18:00. Otherwise free without a disc. Please pay close attention to the street parking signs and regulations.

For longer stays during the summer, it is also possible to obtain a city street parking permit, which allows easier and more flexible parking.
