Our guests can choose from 3 apartments, of different sizes, all furnished with extreme care and elegance, embellished with elements with an antique flavor that make our holiday home a place of the past without giving up everyday comfort.
NEW: Air conditioning in all apartments
The first two Robinia and Ginestra, located respectively on the ground and first floors, have an area of approximately 55 m2 and can comfortably accommodate up to four people each. The third hydrangea on two levels, for an area of 65 m2, can accommodate up to 5 people. Finally the fourth the main house has an area of about 120 square meters and is suitable for up to 6 people.
The houses are equipped with TV, independent heating, bed linen and towels. The kitchen is equipped with: stove, hood, fan oven, fridge with freezer, utensils.
Outdoor garden with common patio with tables for outdoor dining, barbecue, panoramic swimming pool, parking and common laundry.
The Robinia apartment, on the ground floor, comprises an entrance hall, lounge with fireplace stove and sofa bed, living room with kitchenette, 1 double bedroom, 1 bathroom with shower. Garden attached to the house with entrance from the outside. Total beds: 2 + 2.
The Ginestra apartment, on the first floor, comprises an entrance hall, lounge with fireplace stove and sofa bed, living room with kitchenette, a spacious double bedroom with beamed ceiling, 1 bathroom with shower. Total beds: 2 +2.
The Ortensia apartment is spread over two levels. The first one is composed of entrance, large living room with fireplace stove and sofa bed, kitchenette with comfortable dining table and a spacious bathroom with shower; the second level has a double bedroom, a single bedroom and a small but comfortable bathroom for a total total area of 65 sq m. Total beds: 3 + 2
