Located at the highest point of Montiano, this newly renovated two-room apartment welcomes you with a modern, marine-themed design, crafted to make you feel like you’re on vacation from the very first moment.
The apartment is located on the raised first floor and opens onto a bright living room with an open kitchenette.
But the real star is the terrace: the perfect spot for breakfast al fresco or an aperitif at sunset, with a breathtaking view that takes in Orbetello and the Argentario promontory.

A cozy double bedroom and a sleeper sofa in the living room (ideal for children) provide a total of 3 sleeping spots.

The living room is equipped with a 40" Smart TV, Wi-Fi, and air conditioning for maximum comfort even on the hottest days.
The apartment also has a washing machine.
We do not have private parking, but there is a parking lot nearby, or alternatively, free parking spots on the adjacent streets.
