This stunning two bedroom, two bathroom semi-detached duplex is ideally
located in the affluent coastal town of Ballito in KwaZulu-Natal,
making this the perfect accommodation for up to four guests. The duplex
is situated within the beautiful Woodlands Estate, providing guests
with the perfect combination of luxury, convenience and nature.
Guests will be welcomed by an open plan living space on the lower level
of the house, finished with modern decor. The L-shaped kitchen is fully
equipped with everything you need for a comfortable self-catering stay
and includes a washing machine for your convenience. The quaint dining
area seats four guests and provides an intimate setting to enjoy all
your favourite meals. A very inviting lounge area with plush seating, a
flat screen TV and a ceiling fan makes it the ideal spot to kick back
and unwind. There is a guest toilet on this floor for added
convenience. The glass sliding doors in the lounge bath the room with
an abundance of natural light and lead you out to a private garden with
undercover outside seating and lush lawns.
The beautifully maintained bedrooms and bathrooms are housed in the
upstairs section of the house. The main bedroom features a queen size
bed, a ceiling fan and an en-suite bathroom which offers a shower,
bath, toilet and basin. The second bedroom also provides a queen size
bed, a ceiling fan but makes use of a shared bathroom including a
shower, toilet and basin. All linen and towels are provided with your
stay.
Make the most of your stay by taking advantage of the array of
facilities within the estate. Guests will have access to a communal
pool, kid’s playground, braai area, clubhouse with a restaurant
providing indoor and outdoor seating as well as a gym. The estate
features a wetland conservancy, a secure forest with walking trails,
24-hour security, undercover parking, and controlled access.

In line with body corporate regulations, all local and international guests must be registered prior to arrival. To confirm your booking, guest verification is mandatory. Guests are required to provide full names, contact details, clear copies of ID or passports, vehicle registration (if applicable), and estimated arrival time. This information is used solely for security clearance purposes and will remain strictly confidential. Please note that failure to submit these details timeously may result in delayed or denied check-in.
All our properties are strictly non-smoking, and tenants accept full liability for all minors and visitors. Pets, parties, and events are not permitted.
For stays of 8 nights or more, a complimentary mid-stay clean, including fresh linen, will be provided. Additional cleaning services can be arranged upon request with a minimum of 24 hours' notice and will incur an extra charge.
A standard key and breakage deposit is payable before check-in. This amount depends on the standard of the establishment and may be changed at the owner’s/management’s discretion.
Please be advised that, to promote a sustainable and comfortable experience for all our guests, electricity usage is governed by a fair use policy that permits a reasonable amount of daily consumption. In the rare event of unusually high usage, a reimbursement may be requested.
A late check-in fee of R250 applies for arrivals between 21:00 and 00:00, payable in cash directly to the property host upon arrival. For arrivals after 00:00, a fee of R350 will apply.
