- Assisted check-in from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM

- Check-out from 8:30 AM to 10:00 AM

- Supplement of £50 for late arrivals from 9:00 PM to midnight, subject to prior notification

- Swimming pool available from May to October

- Pets allowed, with a specific cleaning supplement of £75

- Obligation to correctly separate and dispose of waste

- Obligation to leave the cooking area and dishes clean

- Deposit of £500 required upon arrival via credit card, cash or instant bank transfer; refund within 7 days of check-out unless damages occur
