Lovely holiday home near the water

The holiday home is located at the end of a private gravel road, with a small footpath leading down to the water just 250 metres away. The south-facing plot is sunny and surrounded by trees that provide shelter. The entire 1,200 m² plot is fenced, allowing dogs to roam freely.



There is a carport and space for three cars on the property in front of the house, as well as a charging station for electric vehicles.



The garden offers outdoor furniture for 10 people, sun loungers, deck chairs, garden games, and a kayak and SUP board available for free use. The terrace measures 90 m², of which approximately 20 m² is covered. A barbecue and fire pit are also provided.



The house is 78 m² and features three bedrooms: two with double beds and one with two single beds, accommodating up to 6 guests.



There is a bathroom with underfloor heating, shower and washing machine. The kitchen is equipped with a cooker with ceramic hob, convection oven with grill, fridge/freezer and all necessary kitchen utensils. Crockery, glasses and cutlery are available for 8 people.



The kitchen, dining area and living room form one large open space with large windows and doors leading to the garden and terrace. A wood-burning stove with smoke extractor makes lighting the fire easy. Wireless internet, a TV with Chromecast and a Sonos sound system are also available.



The holiday home is close to the lovely bathing beach at Draget, Nissum Bredning, part of the western Limfjord. The beach is child-friendly and can be reached via the path just outside the house.



The property is located in the Thy region, stretching north along the North Sea coast. The area is known for its beautiful nature and especially National Park Thy, offering vast untouched landscapes and endless hiking opportunities.



The nearest town is Hurup, 9 km away, with excellent shopping facilities, several supermarkets, a renowned butcher, small shops and a hotel with an excellent restaurant. Hurup also has a swimming pool known for its spa and wellness area.



SMK Thy – the National Gallery of Denmark – has an exhibition site in Hurup Thy, just a 10-minute drive away. The buildings are impressive and the first exhibition received excellent reviews. A cosy café serving delicious lunches and cakes is also located there.



To the west, about 20 minutes away, lies Agger on the North Sea, home to the Michelin-starred restaurant TRI – a true culinary experience. Along the coast you will also find Nørre Vorupør and Klitmøller, known as “Cold Hawaii” for its outstanding surfing conditions. Further north is Hanstholm, a traditional fishing town.
