The maisonette spans 65 m² across two levels and comfortably accommodates up to 4 adults + 1 child. The property is arranged over two floors and features two comfortable open-plan sleeping areas.



On the top floor, you will find a bedroom with a queen-size bed, air conditioning, Smart TV, and a private bathroom with shower. This level opens onto a spacious balcony with panoramic sea views, offering a wonderful spot to relax, enjoy your morning coffee, or admire the sunset over the Ionian Sea.



The ground floor includes an open-plan space with two single beds and a Smart TV, a sitting area with a sofa that can open into a bed (dimensions 1m x 1.75m) and a compact kitchenette equipped with the essentials for preparing light meals. A second bathroom with shower is also located on this level. From here, guests have access to another furnished balcony overlooking the sea and the shared swimming pool.
