The Space:
From the entrance hall, you immediately step into the open living area, where the living room and kitchen form one spacious and bright space. Thanks to the direct sea view, you can enjoy a stunning panorama of the North Sea and the Belgium Pier all day long, with breathtaking sunsets providing the perfect setting for an aperitif. Large sliding doors give direct access to the balcony, where you can fully enjoy the exceptional seaside location.
The open kitchen is fully equipped and offers every comfort, including a dishwasher, fridge with freezer compartment, oven, toaster and kettle — ideal for guests who enjoy cooking during their stay. In the living room, the comfortable sofa provides additional sleeping space and can easily be converted into a sofa bed for 2 persons.
The apartment features two bedrooms, each furnished with a double bed and practical wardrobe space, allowing 6 guests to stay comfortably. The bathroom is fully equipped with a shower and single washbasin. There is also a separate toilet in the hallway for extra convenience.

Quality bed linen and towels for in the kitchen and bathroom are NOT provided in this accommodation.
CLEANING:
Upon arrival, the accommodation is professionally prepared and cleaned. Cleaning is included in the price. You, as a guest, must leave the accommodation in a clean condition when leaving the accommodation. If the accommodation is not left properly and excessively dirty, additional fees will be charged.
CONSUMPTION:
Normal consumption of water, heating and electricity are included in the rental price. Excessive consumption will result in additional charges.
