THE SPACE

This charming urban loft is arranged over three levels and designed to offer distinct areas for relaxing, working, and sleeping, ensuring comfort and privacy for up to 6 guests.

GROUND FLOOR

The heart of the home is a bright and spacious living area, ideal for both social moments and working in total comfort.

The living room features a large dining table for up to 8 people, perfect also as a smart working station, along with a comfortable and easily convertible double sofa bed. The space is equipped with air conditioning, heating, and a full bathroom.

The modern kitchen is fully equipped with an induction hob, oven, dishwasher, fridge with freezer, coffee machine, kettle, as well as complete cookware, tableware, and utensils.

MEZZANINE

The mezzanine hosts the main sleeping area with a double bed, offering an intimate and relaxing atmosphere. There is also a dedicated space for organizing luggage and personal belongings.

LOWER LEVEL

The lower level is designed as an additional private and relaxing area, featuring a second double sofa bed, Smart TV, a second full bathroom, air conditioning, and a washing machine.

The loft includes all comforts, such as ultra-fast Wi-Fi (over 900 Mbps) with stable coverage across all three levels, making it ideal for remote working.

OTHER DETAILS

Guests will have access to the entire apartment for the duration of their stay.

Check-in and check-out are fully autonomous via self check-in. Detailed instructions will be provided after document verification.

During online check-in, guests are required to submit ID documents for all occupants, a selfie, and sign the short-term rental agreement.

Luggage storage before check-in or after check-out is not available.

The area is well served by public transport, including tram and bus lines that connect easily to the city center and other key districts.

Gerusalemme metro station (M5 – lilac line) is just a 1-minute walk away, with quick connections to Garibaldi, Zara, and San Siro.
