The property is ideally situated in the picturesque town of Riva del Garda on the northern tip of Lake Garda. The town’s local beach and historic centre, with quaint boutiques and artisanal shops, are both a 10-minute stroll away. Here, travellers can visit historic landmarks including the Apponale Tower (a 10-minute walk) and the medieval Rocca di Riva castle. Adventurers can take the 2-hour Monte Brione trail through the olive groves, explore lakeside cycle routes or enjoy paddleboarding opportunities, swimming, and boating on the lake.

Away from the water, the Nago-Torbole hiking trail and the Bussate-Tempesta Adventure Park are both approximately an 8-minute drive from the accommodation. For rock climbers, the renowned climbing capital of Italy, Arco and its medieval castle are a 15-minute drive.
