The living room is spacious, a welcoming area where you can relax after a day at the beach, while the kitchen is separate and functional, fully equipped to prepare meals independently and enjoy the house in total freedom.
The apartment features air conditioning, Wi-Fi, and a washing machine, making it suitable also for longer stays. The presence of a TV in each bedroom adds extra comfort, especially for families or groups of friends.

Linen: bed linen and towels are not included. They can be rented upon request at a cost of €40 for a double bed and €20 for a single bed. Requests must be made at least 7 days before arrival. Linen collection takes place exclusively at our office in Portoferraio.
