Enjoy relaxing holidays in this beautiful Cycladic villa with a private swimming pool, located just 1.5 km from Agia Anna Beach and 3 km from Naxos Town. The location offers easy access to some of the islands best beaches, restaurants and the vibrant atmosphere of Naxos.
The villa comfortably accommodates up to 6 guests and features three bedrooms: one bedroom with a double bed and two bedrooms with single beds, making it ideal for families or groups of friends. There are also two modern bathrooms and a fully equipped kitchen.
Inside, the villa offers a bright living area and an indoor dining space, perfect for relaxed meals at home.
The outdoor area is designed for enjoying the Greek summer. Guests can relax by the private pool, unwind on the sun loungers and enjoy meals under the shaded pergola with a spacious outdoor dining area.





With comfortable interiors, stylish Cycladic design and inviting outdoor spaces, the villa is an ideal base for enjoying the beauty of Naxos while staying close to its most popular beaches and the town.
