Welcome to this modern 2-bedroom apartment on Goirkestraat, Tilburg! Recently built and just minutes from the city center, it’s perfect for work trips or exploring the area. Enjoy a comfy stay with free street parking just a 2-minute walk away.
You can check in between 15:00 and 19:00. In case of emergency, someone is always available — 24/7. We speak English and Dutch (we’re still learning, but happy to help!). There is no reception, but you’ll find great places to eat nearby — breakfast, lunch, dinner, and delivery too.
These are self-service apartments, so there’s no front desk. Security is always on-site.
You book and pay online in advance. Before you arrive, we’ll send you all the info you need to get in.
Even though we’re not a hotel, my co-hosts and I are always here if you need help. We’re happy to answer your questions, help in emergencies, or share our favorite local tips!

2. For extended stays, weekly cleaning is mandatory and may be scheduled in advance.
3. For your safety and ours, security cameras are installed in exterior/common areas only. No cameras inside the unit.
4. Only registered guests are permitted on the premises. Regular checks may be carried out by our security team to ensure compliance.
